• Had to find a mechanic quickly due to an injection fault with my Renault. Checked on the GoodGarageScheme website and found this was quite close to me, so based on the reviews decided I'd go with Monarch Autos Repair.
  
  I rang and the guy I spoke with booked it in the very next morning. On arriving the next day, they were friendly, polite and helpful - more importantly (as a woman) didn't treat me like an idiot who knows nothing about cars (I don't though :-). I was told that they would have a look and would call when they found out what the problem was.
  
  On calling, they explained clearly what was wrong and the various options available to me and the exact cost of each - with no surprises. They even found out the cost of parts from Renault themselves and then compared them to parts they could get which weren't officially Renault. They seemed honest, and were very helpful in giving me information and letting me choose the option I preferred with no hidden costs.
